I purchased 2 tickets for a Blackhawk Hockey game including a pre-party and transportation to the game for my son for Christmas. The game is Friday 1/6/12, he called to verify details and was told that the event was cancelled, and to call Groupon for details. Since I purchased the tickets I called Groupon and they said they had no knowledge of the cancelled event and would have to look into it, this was on 1/3/12 and send me an email. I never got the email, I called again 1/4/12 and once again was told they were investigating and I would receive and email. Still no email. The game is tomorrow and Groupon is doing all to avoid refunding the money and can't verify if the event is cancelled or not. I was told thru the Blackhawk franchise this was a scam and they never authorized Groupon to sell tickets to their events. I am still trying to get resolutions, in all truthfullness my son wants to go to the game, however as it stands now, he won't be going to the game nor do I see a refund coming my way. I will never use Groupon again, and I would not reccmmend it to anyone.
