This man is President of Creative Capital Mortgage in Cary, NC. He has a written contract with my parents and promised them a investment that would payoff within 6 months of the investment and not only pay back their full $100,000.00 with a return accured interest of $25,000.00 and a monthly payment fee of $2000.00 for life. This scammer took my parents money and has NOT returned a dime to them and it has now been over 4 years!!!! My parents call this man on a regular basis to ask for money because they cannot pay their bills they are on social security and they don't have money for groceries. My parents have become very very depressed and I am worried about them. This man took away my parents retirement, any pleasure in life, and left them poor. Everytime they call Jeff Davis he never has any money....imagine that....although he drives a brand new Mercedes and is still operating a business. He is a real estate broker. This man needs to be put away for life!!!! He is scum and does not deserve to live as a free man who has swindled money out of the elderly! He will have his judgement day and will pay for his actions! DO NOT USE JEFF DAVIS SCAM ARTIST WHO IS PRESIDENT OF CREATIVE CAPITAL MORTGAGE IN CARY, NC.
