After talking with their customer service dept., and being told that the call was recorded, I bought into it. Very nice on first call - then hell after that. Spoke with General Manager David Sinclair on 12/19 and was promised a refund minus $70. Next day, was told it would be $140 kept from total refund and that I could not talk to Luxury Vacation folks that he would have them contact me. On 19th he said he would talk to them for me to get my money back, then on 20th, he screamed at me and told me I was wasting his time. I spoke with Brianna, Heidi, Jonathan, Jessica, Chrstopher McMichael, Brian McGowan and David Sinclair. All of them lied. I was hung up on numerous times, told that people were not there, then call right back and get them - a total sham. I recorded a conversation with Brian McGowan - with his knowledge - and every word was a lie. As of 1-4-12, I have received no refund. Am going to report this as fraud with my bank - and AG's office in Texas and Pennsylvania where I understand they are physically located.
