I decided to try out a free trial of African Mango the agreement was to be charged $9.99 for postage. Try out the product and if I was happy to do nothing and would be billed for the month supply at the end of the month, or if I was not happy with the results to contact the company before 30days were up and I would not be charge for the product if I was not satisfied. This product I ordered in the first week of November 2011. Today 6th January 2012 I recieved the product in an International mail bag, also today I recieved my visa card statement and realised I had already been charge on the 10/12/2011 $94.77 then again on the 25/12/2011 a further $99.40. Great I thought not only have I been charged twice for the product in one month but I have only recieved the trial pack and hadn't had a chance to try it out. I contacted my bank and spoke with a dipute charge enquiry personel who then informed me of the scam this company was running. He also informed me that in very fine print on the order form it states that one must cancel the order within 14 days so as not to incur fee charges. However he also gave me an Australian listed number to ring for cancelling the order. I rang the number and after waiting quite some time and after much almost unintelligent bantering hopefully the account is now closed and I was told that in 7/10 I would get a full refund. However I have still organised for the bank on my behalf to make sure of a refund from this company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING ON LINE. That had been the very first time I had decided to buy online. What an idiot I was. Now I know to check the company out for scaming. But I wont be buying anything ever. Hopefully I will recieve my refund soon. I am also happy that I contacted my bank re: the problems .

I do not have a webcam to take a screen shot of my bank statement but am willing to send a photocopy of the same to an address if you can supply me with one please. I will do anything to stop this company from scamming others.
