I only ordered a free sample and now they have taken this money from my account, how do I now deal with this? I don't want this "stuff" and nowhere was it stated that I had to pay this kind of money monthly! I have to cancel this as I cannot afford it!

- I ordered two samples early December and was charged £75 on 12th Dec, £79 on 20th Dec and £75 yesterday without realising! I have managed to get hold of the company today on 0808 168 3684. It takes half an hour to get through but keep holding. They will say that you didn't read the small print and that you didn't return your sample within 12 days therefore you have signed up to a monthly fee. They will keep taking money if you don't stop them. My bank told me they couldn't stop the standing orders either. When you get through to them demand all your money back. They will try for 50% but threaten them with legal action and they should give you it all back. make sure they cancel your account with them too and get a reference number and an email address and email them to confirm your conversation. You will need this evidence in case you don't get your money back as you can ask your bank to investigate. They told me 7-10 days for a refund so only time will tell. Good luck!!
