we were approached by salesman who wanted to sell us cheap camcorder was told it will only cost 19 euros so went in shop and bought this item, then while still in shop was approached by another salesman who then told us that we will need card and battery to work camera but whilst looking at these he then went on to show us a better camera but in meantime we had already paid for first camera so we agree to go for better camera which we paid for plus bits was then told to come back next morning for guarntee but on returning to shop on saturday morning was then told to return on monday morning so on returning to shop on monday morning was told we need to be taken to shop team in avda francisco andrade fumero12 when we got to shop we did not get guarnetee has promised then was approached by yet another salesman the second camera we bought he tried to sell us yet more bits then was approached by owner of shop who then went on to sell us another camera.then he explained how much it would cost but do not forget we have already paid for two cameras plus bits, we thought that has we bought better camera he would refund us for the other two we had to return second camera and bits back to him thinking he was going to refund money paid ,when he charged me for first two cameras he showed me what it was in english money we then later found out on returning home next day he had in fact taken out more money in total he took six thousand pounds from my account when it should have only been three thosand we still think that this amount was still in fact very large would be very gratful if you can find a way to at least get some or all my money back if so will return camera thank you very much
