Gen X also ripped me off and I started to investigate them. If you call them you will get a call center BUT the company goes back to Paul Mc Donnell and Theresa Bartholomew which has an address of 1426 Gulf to Bay, Clearwater Fla. She is also associated with a list of other companies that I will list. Her phone number is 727-461-9515 plug in ext 1109 for Theresa. She screens her calls pretty good but you can leave a message. She is also associated with the following companies;
BAI Marketing, Beginning Again, Direct Funding Services, De Bartholomew Holdings, Inerface Management, lend Net101, Payme loan company ect. ect. ect If you threat them with a class action lawsuit, you will get your money returned. Her husband, John, is no stranger to the Federal Trade Commission. Good Luck!

- Thank You all for your information! Same thing happened with me tonight. They are listed under "money management systems" on the check, and they bank at Regional bank. I am making my call to Teresa tomorrow. Thanks for that tip! :) What a bunch of low life's.
