Received item today Jan.6/12 was advertised as trial for shipping charges only $1.97 US but my credit card was billed for over $89.00 Canadian dollars.
Expected to pay a little more for the shipping, but, this is rediculous.

Our company runs the Vitaderm website and online presence and we are investigating what is happening here with regards to this scam that we have all now become aware of.
Firstly Vitaderm is a South African company and their official website is www.vitaderm.co.za. They do not sell or have eCommerce on their website, it is purely information based.
We would like information on what website you ordered their products via and email addresses used for correspondence so we can begin investigating this issue and making sure that we create awareness surrounding this new scam so that others do not fall victim to these internet criminals! -
