I went on the website, everything seemed fine - ordered them - then when I got the email through it said fashion pay.com with order confirmation. a pair of trainers did arrive but they weren't anything like the ones i ordered - useless to me and they were my main christmas present. found a pair of the ones i wanted and can't afford them until i get this money back. i contacted them about getting a refund and they said they'd be as helpful as possible what was my order number. i sent it them. since then I've contacted them 3 times - no response so I've told them I'm taking it further. what are the chances of me getting my money back?
