Carvinchecks charged me $2.95 on my Visa card and then $29.95 in a bait and switch scheme. For a car check history which was not complete. They led me to believe that my first rqeust would only be $2.95.

- what did you do about the charge, did they continue charging you? it has just happened to me and i'm wondering what i can do about it
