Ordered a customized Atlanta Falcons jersey for my son on 12/8/2011 and no jersey has been received to date (now 1/6/2012). No way to contact anyone other than online chat. Have been chatting with Su-San, which I believe is an automated excuse maker, that tells me "Factory very busy," "You wait," "Order will be shipped in a few days". I'm not expecting to receive anything and will contact my credit card company in hopes of reversing the charge.
