I had just gotten home, and as I stepped out of the car, I noticed that a neighbor (who I had never formally met) was speaking with two young men. I approached my apartment, and about 5 minutes of being inside, the young men knocked on my door. They were young, as am I, and proceeded to actually FLIRT with me and suggest that they should come in! (in order to write everything down) I allowed them to, considering that they claimed that my neighbor did the same. Nice kids it seemed, and also since they were "young/hip", they were actually trying to engage me in conversation regarding marijuana?!?! I already found that fishy, so upon their leave, I contemplated that they said I was able to get my check returned. I then went online to several sites that they wrote down for me; neither of which had phone numbers and both sites were POORLY constructed. I went outside, hoping to see these boys fooling others, and saw the neighbor that they mentioned earlier. I approached her, asking about them, and finding that she bought things, also. I informed her of the sites I viewed, as WELL AS THIS ONE AND MANY MORE SPEAKING OF THE SCAM!!!! She was appalled, as I, and we both proceeded to call our banks. I am only 18 years old, of course, Miss Naive, but you live and you learn. :)
