I ordered a wig from this company on E-Bay and paid in advance. I received a completely different wig and color then ordered. I contacted the seller who sent an e-mail directing me to send it back and she would reimburse shipping. I did and insured the shipment. Well after the promised date I relieved a second wig. Also, not the wig purchased. At the direction of the seller I also sent the second wig back. The seller said she didn't get either wig back and left feedback on E-Bay saying I stole the wigs and never paid them.
The USPS traced the wigs, both insured, and confirm she did receive them.

So I filed a complaint with E-bay/PayPal. They ask for my documentation, which I gave them. They closed my claim saying I did not have any proof that i returned the products. However, I did have the original USPS receipt and proof of insurance documents.

So, not only was I scammed by the seller, PayPal's Buyer Protection didn't work.

Beware!!
