i ordered a pair of ugg boots from a company mentioned above,when i eventually received the boots,my daughter soon realised that the boots were fake and not genuine ugg boots,and further investigation revealed that the company had indeed scammed other consumers.when i tried to obtain the companies return policy,i was fobbed off with pathetic excuses which were so unproffesional it beggers belief,i was told that it would cost me £55.00 to send them back and 2-3 months to get any refund if any at all.they advised me to keep the boots and to order another pair and would i contribute to the postage costs......??eventually i said that i would accept a refund of £80.00,but they have written back and offered me £15.00.i have since discovered that they are a scamming company and i have demanded a full refund and intend to destroy the fake illegal boots so that they cannot be resold to an unsuspecting consumer.
