I bought my car may 31.2011.Nov 15,2011 the car started making a noise i stoped by to ask the manger what can i do, what are my options,she said every thing would be ok and they will take care of the car and that she will call me to let me know what is going on with the car they gave me the run around i didnot found out anything about my car until Dec 5,2011.that is when the service department said i do need a moter i said ok and i wanted to know before any work was done how much,how long and who will be doing the work i got no answers.I just found out on Jan3,2012 that they replaced the moter and that they give me a loan.How can they give me a loan with out sitting me down and coming to agreement about anything and on top of that they laid about who fixed the car and aproved me for a loan that i didnt agree to and the car still needs work
