On 1/4/12, I was offered a trial of e-cigarettes. I ordered them and some accessories. When I received confirmation of my order, I thought a mistake had been made. I e-mailed them to cancel my order. Later that day, I followed up with a phone call. Despite a lot of sales pressure, I confirmed the cancellation. The customer service agent said she would send a free trial, so I reluctently agreed. On 1/6/12 I was e-mailed a notice that both my orders had shipped. I check my bank account and they had taken $45.83 out of my account. I called upset and spoke with Amber. She kept her voice even, but said infuriating things like I said ": You took money out of my account without authorization" She said "You will have to check with your bank" "THe bank statement is in front of me" "You will have to check with your bank" I have attempted to check on the status of the order, but the USPS say it was informed there would be an order, but it hasn't come in to them. Since the only way to get my money back is to return their things and they haven't sent them, I won't get my money back. Stay away from these criminals. How can they continue to operate?
