Through stupitidity I did not realize that they had been taking money from my debit card for so long, I have to date received 2 unasked for creams, but they have taken money 4 times, first on 25 Oct 2011, then on 4 Nov 2011 again on 5 Dec 2011 and lastly on 3 Jan 2012We cannot seem to get in to cancel debit card payments to them, I have e-mailed them this morning to ask them to cancel the order!
