They are very good, pretending to be Micosoft (whom most people trust). DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! THEY SAY THEY ARE OFFERING A REFUND FOR A SERVICE YOU SUBSCRIBED TO. HOWEVER, THEY ARE CHARGING A WESTERN UNION ACCOUNT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD INSTEAD.
