Bought a $1500 Kenmore "ELITE" Steam Front Load washer from Sears. Several months after purchase I began receiving error codes due to an analog pressure sensor. I was usually able to unplug it and it would then work. Won't work at all now. Sears is notified of so I finally got through today to Sears customer complaint division. They told me we are sorry we do not make the part anymore, but we can offer you 10% off a new one! What a joke, Sears does not care and has HORRIBLE customer service. I will never step foot in that store again. A piece of plastic is a product flaw and I am out $1500 becuse they won't make them anymore.
