I ordered press-on-veneers on 2/16/2011 and paid $1,124. After I did not get the product after 6 weeks I have called "customer service" at least 10 times Every time they have different excuses about the delay of shipment (they just got new fabrication instrument, veneers are at polishing stage, fit will be improved they will be shipped tomorrow, they will be shipped Mon). Now after more than 5 months since I placed the order - still no product. I have inquired by e-mail and on the phone about a refund but the "customer service reps" say they will get in touch with the accounting team and will get back to me. Never heard back. I feel powerless and frustrated, no product and they have my money. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. Thanks
