I purchased several Norwex cleaning cloths with silver. I found out that these clothes: turn moldy, hold dirt to the point you can't get them clean, leave dirt behind and worst of all, is not biodegradable. The big selling point of NORWEX is you don't have to use cleaning fluids only water to clean things. However, no one tells you that the clothes are made from petrochemicals, are not degradable and can poison the water sources bc of the silver in the clothes. These products are using false advertising using the ecology concerns as their sales hook. Furthermore, the business model is a pyramid scam.

One thing you should know is that Norwex uses microsilver which is woven into the fabric - not the harmful nano silver which can leach out.
Microfiber is the only technology that can remove up to 99% of germs from a surface - natural fibers can be created to the size of 1/200th of a human hair in diameter.
The cloths must be washed properly between cleanings - they shouldn't leave dirt behind or get moldy unless the silver fibers get coated preventing them from doing their work.

- oops I meant that natural fibers can NOT be created to the size of microfiber.
