I ordered some UGG's for a christmas gift for my sister. When they came, they werein a box saying they were real Austrailia UGG's, they are 100% fake & did not fit my sister. I have been trying to get an address or phone number to return them. No such luck!!! The shipting package slip is all in Japanese writing. Really???? I can't even read it! They took $92 from my account and an additional .92 cents.
