I noticed a small add while I was on the Internet about this New amazing face cream that can make you look 10 years younger and it said advertised as a Free Trial and if not happy with results send it back and there will be NO charge only for the postage which I thought was fair and I thought it was genuine. So I ordered a FREE TRAIL for myself and my girlsfriend Magda. I applied for the trial size of perfect rediance serum, anti ageing cream and eye cream and it said if not completely happy within two weeks you will get a full refund, not expecting to be charged for it even when who havn't had the chance to trial the so called wonder creams. They sent me a full size creams at a cost of $79.48 on the 17 Nov 2011, $81.75 on the 22 Nov and $53.73 on the 28 Nov which I sent back the unused creams with a note to say I was not interested in the FREE TRAIL products and our last statement $76.46, $81.60 15th Dec,$52.56 on the 21 Dec.
The products was shipped in Nov and Dec and I received them approx Mid Dec and Early Jan. I noticed on my husbands credit card statement that we have been charged for these items and I hadn’t even received the items in the mail. The items came 2 weeks after we were billed,so when the goods arrived I opened the parcels and wrote them a note to say I was not interested in there so called FREE TRAIL of there products when I hadn’t even had the chance to try it. So I sent the goods back unopened with the note enclosed stating that I would like to have the $210.92 put back into my credit card account. Now I have noticed on my next husbands credit card that they have taken another $210.92 our of our account bringing the total to $$421.92.
The only information I have is a phone number and I cannot get through on this.
