Ordered a free sample of Antiride serum and Antiage La crem and authorised payments of £5.95 and £5.97 for P&P. Then on 3 subsequent occasions a total of £239.63 was debited from my credit card which was not authorised. I have tried to contact the company but was left on hold.

Call 0808 168 3684. It will take about half an hour to get through but keep trying. They have taken £230 from me so far so make sure you do it now. They will try and give you 50% back - insist on the full amount back and that they cancel your account otherwise you will contact the police. make sure you get email confirmation and that you get an email address from them to email and confirm your conversation. contact your bank and see if they can help - mine couldn't (Santander). They have confirmed to me via email that the money will be back in my account in 7-10 days - we shall see..... Good luck -
