I purchased a special offer for two slimming aid products.
I had debited from my bank account on 1st Dec 2011 a sum of £4.95 and on the 2nd Dec 2011 £3.06 plus £1.50 for the over seas transaction costs.
I phoned the company to complain when they e-mailed me to say they were going to take another £7.00 + which I had not agreed to.They cancelled this over the phone. But alas on looking at my account today I have discovered that on the 20th Dec 2011 they had taken an amount of £72.43 out of my bank without my authority. On trying to call the company the phone lines are dead.
I have now had to cancell my bank account which is the only way to prevent any further payments being taken out of my account as the bank cannot put a block on this from happening again.
