TMobile store at 200 W 40th Street in Manhattan sells fake TMobile accessories. This is in fact another company that uses the TMobile logo on its products. The accessories are defective and the fine print on your credit card receipt is that all sales are final. The real TMobile stores won't honor the receipts or exchange product for authentic accessories (of course).
