A representative of this company or companies calls me at least twice a week since June 2011. Most recently they advised that Microsoft has revoked their license to represent Microsoft programs. Always asks me to go to my computer so they can take over my computer to download a form for Western Union refund of my $190 paid to them by bank check on 6/14/11. Asked him to fax or mail form to me and I would be happy to apply for refund by mail. They did indeed at one point crash my system. They asked for my credit card information and bank information. They are a nuisance and cannot get rid of them or stop the calls. They have always identifed themselves as met-technologies LLC
