ordered a tory burch shoe didnt know that its fake ones item arrived 1 size bigger,bad smell, and late to it as well its not a tory (they copied it exactly the same as originals since i have the original tory as well)

want a refund and company gives me a hard time
they make me do photos of shoe tell me its what i ordered going for last 5-8 years with a size 35 and all of sudden im a 36 by them i dont have an invoice nothing came in box this company stay awwwayyyy they ripppppppppp you offf completly
