Well like everyone else, before you buy a used car, I was wanting to see the car report. I was searching the VIN number on a vehicle first to see what pulls up. This website was one of the first websites to come up. I enter in the VIN number and it says there is 14 details on this vehicle, so I end up buying the report for $2.95 knowing that I can cancel the subscription within 3 days before I get charged the $29.95. Well after I got the report, it did not have 14 details on the page about my vehicle. It pretty much only gave the information I already knew. So I got done with the page, and started to call the company. It said the phonenumber was not a assigned number. I continued to call the company all weekend and got the same voice recording. I was so upset because I went to the website and there was no other way I can contact the company. Then comes Monday, I seen that they had applied the $29.95 to my checking account. I was so bummed out that I called my bank and told them what had happened. They can't do anything at the moment. They just have to let it post to my account and then I can do a claim. I also had to order a new card so they can't charge me again. Well I start doing some research on this website and I see that there a number of reports. I feel so bummed out that its so easy for people to scam others that are already having tough times and trying to budget every little bit of money they can. I don't know if I will get my money back, but I do know that this company is a scam and I would tell anyone not to use this company.
