I was on craigslist and saw an "assistant call center" ad that said "We are seeking multiple call center representatives to work within a call center. These customers will be ordering product from the company's online catalog and calling in to place an order or perhaps they could have product related questions. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service answering questions, navigating the computer, and accurately entering information for each order." I was so happy I was getting an interview because I really needed a job and when I found out this was a scam, I was heartbroken.
