- My bank said they couldn't do anything either - nice and helpful! The company will keep taking money if you don't stop them, I had £229 in total taken. Call them on 0808 168 3684. It will take you ages to get through but hang on till you do. Insist they cancel your 'account' and refund you the full amount otherwise you will contact the police and take legal action. Make sure they email you confirmation (takes about 24hrs to come through). I did this all last friday and got all my money back in my account today. Good luck
