Internet advert for samples of face cream. Pay only postage, about £12 on 27 Nov. Two products arrived very quickly, no paperwork other than an invoice. Credit card account showed charge for £74.95.
I emailed a query and was told I was charged because I did not "cancel my subscription". When I said I would take legal advice they refunded my money, including another amount of £79.
Many idiots like me must have been caught by this.
