Started out on Nomoreracks.com was then sent to Dealfun bought bids for $69 on Nov. 27 won an auction paid right away. after a week tried to track it but no info. Finally showed it was shipped but it never came when I called and e-mailed they blamed the holiday rush. on the 23rd of DEC. I spoke with them again and was told to wait till after Jan 2nd. a week later I called again and was told it was reshipped on the 23rd but was never sent any info on this and their tracking and shipping was not updated. on the 27th I won another item that was never shipped. I waited and on Jan 7 I emailed them stating i would be contacting my credit cards. but got no response.Then this morning I e-mailed that i thought this was fraud. I was sent an email stating they closed my account and that I would be credited back my money. I called their customer service department and was told my spouse called and canceled the account which could not be true he did not even know about it or have access to my password. I told them I wanted the merchandise I paid for and was told this was not possible because my spouse called in and the would play the recording I said go ahead but she changed the subject. They then sent an e-mail saying they closed my account because I was unhappy with them. this site is a big scam i have notified all accounts used.

This may have been closed but I still have not recived anything nor is there any info on shipping since the original shipment on the December 1 no info on another order either. I will be taking up with my credit card because I belive this is fraud.
