- I just was able to contact VitaDerm at 1-877-498-1950 and cancel my order. I was one of the 'blessed ones' obviously.

- I told them I was going to contact the attorney general after they gave me the run around, that I had gone past the trial period that was not even mentioned. I replied to their email that advised me that they would be sending me my second months supply, not saying what the cost was, that I did not want any further shipments, I had just received it didnt know if I would like it and wanted to know what it cost. This was ignored. They offered me 3 bottles, then offered 50% I refused both and they decided after I told them I wa contacting the attorney general they would give me a refund. This wa all today 1/23/12 so I have to wait to see if my refund does come through. Will advise. I have confirmation #s they gave me for my refund if that means anything. We shall see. Might try telling them about contacting the AG see if it helps.
