Took $30.00 from my accunt on 12/6 told me I would get a refund in 5-7 business days... To my surprise..lol no refund I called back they apologized and said in 3-5 days my refund would appear in my account... Then when I still had no refund i was promised I would get it in 24-48 hrs... This has now gone on for OVER a month.. ia m now told it will be in my account on January 12th and I would not have to call them again... I have spoken to Brittney Murphey & Sandra Parks over and over again Sandra Parks and I have become great friends since she has been the person I spoke to the most she insists I will NEVER have to call agian. When I ask to speak to her manager she tells me she is on break and I will have to call back after 1 hour or puts me on hold and then drops the call. At this point it is beyond the money but the fact that they stole from me.
