I accepted an offer for a "free trial" of both Aqualift & Vitaderm. They arrived in the mail with only the trial sized products and NO, I repeat, NO paperwork at all! And now I have discovered that my credit card has been charged $74.99 for the Aqualift & 79.99 for the Vitaderm. And a 2nd charge is pending on my credit card. I not only was not aware of future commitments on the product but have not even recieved any product. I have contacted my credit card & am working to withdraw the payments & stop the pending ones. I have also read that some folks are unable to obtain any contact info but I did accomplish that & did talk with a customer service person & hopefully have stopped future shipments.
