I'm sorry if this seems petty but this is advertised as a free service! After you enroll and subsequently backup your files your given a warning that they couldn't backup all your files and they're unsafe because you have a free account! But here's the thing: you can't delete your files! Browsing the Help section leads you to a link on how to "right click on the file in question" and "add to backup ignore list" which does not exist (it could be for paying customers, I guess). Foolish me for installing because I saw no "Windows" install or "Mac". I went to the uninstall faq and it only showed how to uninstall from a PC (I own a Mac). Lastly, I would think a program advertised among the many Firefox addons would be legit but they got me. I hope you put this out as a warning to others, at least the less computer savvy.

  • I agree with the poster. Trying to find pricing information on their webpage is next to impossible. After installing there is a bombardment of warnings and hints to upgrade. They break everything down in tiny steps, each of which grants you a little more free space (the free storage stays too small to really be usable however). This is obviously to force you to spend as much time as possible so you will have second thoughts about backing out after having spend all that time.

After de-installing it, you will get a ridiculous about of mails. A typical example of the subject line is:
"Your Computer Files are at Risk!?".
    Or how about:
"Founders Special 70% Discount, ONLY 50 PLACES LEFT".
Writing to them and asking them to stop does not change this. I am very happy that I did not choose to sync any sensitive files with them (not that their free account would have allowed much of it to be uploaded)

  • They charged me $110 for unlimited, backed up a mere fraction of my files, and when I canceled the poor service after several months but before year was up (as I found out in a complaint they auto-renew) I was first promised a refund, then an additional free six months storage, and finally refund about $30 and charged nearly fifteen dollars for early termination. Don''t even get me started on their customer service relations. Because the computer I stored those files from is now kaput, and "unjust cloud" did not secure most of them, and the company is a scam I had to cancel, I have lost most files related to a writing/research project I was employed to finish.
Bottom Line: I engaged a service to secure my computer files. They gave me zilch and took my money. Incredible, they charge when you stop using their service!
