Unauthorized payment taken out of my account on the 15/11/11, 20/11/11, 06/12/11,(twice on that date), 06/01/12 (twice on that day for products i have neither ordered or received. How do i stop the payments coming out and also get reimbursed.

- Hi - I had four transactions taken out - had an email this morning that two would be refunded, the third is being refunded by my credit card company and I am still fighting for the fourth. Keep emailing them - [email protected] - tell them you will not back down - I am sure they are breaking the law under the Consumer Protection Act 2000 (Distance Selling) which states that contract terms MUST be prominently displayed and feasible which this company does not adhere to. Good luck.
