Purchased what I thought was a round-trip ticket from Korea to the US and return. I used the bank transfer and received a confirmation with an e-ticket number and thought all was well until my day to fly. I arrived at the airport and the airline had no reservation for me or any idea of what I was talking about, even after I showed them the e-ticket number, reservation, and code. The airline told me that the number I had was not even close to the one they used and they could not help me. I had to purchase a ticket at the counter (at a much higher rate) to be able to go home for Christmas.
Of course I get no response from this agency via email and the numbers provided do not work. Does anyone know if there's any way to get my money back?
