I purchased a registry cleaner on 06/21/2011, guaranteed to make my PC faster or money refunded inside 30 days. By the next day I found out that it was totally ineffective. About the fourth day after purchase I contacted them, and to get my refund was required to fill out a form with very difficult questions (Such as serial #, which I had no idea as it was software.) I gave up and simply uninstalled the item, hoping that would tell them I wanted a refund. It didn't work, my credit card was charged for the amount. Unfortunately, at the time it didn't occur to me to contact the bank to ask they not honor the charge.
