I ordered a Moby Wrap in December for my first child, I never received shipping confirmation. To this date I have emailed them and tried calling them and I haven't received a response yet. I paid through paypal so hopefully they can get my money back. I can't believe these people are doing business this way.
Update: 01/31/2012
I have asked now twice for my original complaint/report to be removed! The owner of doulashop.com contacted me w/an explanation, they apologized sincerely & even gave me my money back along w/a free gift. I plan to do business w/them again!
