I followed an add from Facebook and bought a bid pack and won a cell phone. The tracking item did not arrive the tracking number they gave me in an email did not work. I emailed customer support they gave me some free bid vouchers and said they would sent a replacement at their cost. Receieved two emails from them with two different tracking number both of which were invalid. Goods have still not arrived and after seeing this website I do not expect they will.
