WARNING SCAMMER...........
Ray Ball is a scammer, took $450 from me on 10/3 and promised carpet in 5 days. Never showed, took 2 months to get $200 back, promised the rest in a week. I have since not been able to contact him. It has been over 3 months, I never received the carpet or the rest of my money. Ray stole $250 from me. He is running an illegal business that is not registered with the state of Ohio even though he will show you papers for it. He is also illegally charging sales tax to increase the price of the job.
STAY AWAY FROM RAY........he lists his number as 614-427-8200 and lists on craigslist under the subject "Carpet Sales and Installation".
