I don't remember EVER ordering from the Company.The man on the phone,told me,I asked for a trial,and did not cancel in 14 days.Therefore I will be billed $39.95 every month. I told the man I am 74 yrs old, and I have dementia,and can't remember..He said.thats not our problem.He's correct..BUT I cannot remember ever seeing anything regarding this.I asked him to cancel this as
I don't want it.I live on social security,and can't afford anything extra,He said they can't cancel.When they took the money out of my account, it put me in overdraft,and thats another $30.00...help me please.
