I was looking for wrinkle creams and you website said it was a free trial and only needed a small charge for delivery. However, a month later a large fee of £51.00 on the 23-12-2011 and £74.95 on the 06-01-2012 was taken out. If this matter is not resoloved i will be going to the ombudsman and will report this matter. my number is (Personal Info Removed) please call me as a matter of urgency as i have gone overdrawn with regards to this money being taken out.
