Jeffery advertised an ATT Factory unlocked 64GB iPhone 4S for
$350 USD on Craigslist. The seller said home was Canada, Iphone purchased in USA, lemailed response with parcle company.
I did a websearch on Lindsey Jeffrey just to be safe and found a number of negative listings about False advertisement and fraud.
I was lucky and discontinued negotiations with the seller. I wanted to add my report to warn others about the fraud.

Hi Joe, thanks for posting. I almost just got scammed by her, too. After realizing she's a scammer, I reread our email conversation and she raised so many red flags.
1. She didn't include my original Craigslist email asking for more information in her first reply.
2. iPhone 4S 64 gigs don't go for $350.
3. She didn't want to use PayPal because she "doesn't have one".
4. She wouldn't send pictures of the phone's IMEI.
5. She turned down my offer to pay her $7 for shipping, saying it was on her.
6. She shipped the phone in roughly 2 hours after receiving my mailing address (which seemed too quick).
7. The "ParcelForce" invoice I received only gave me 4.5 hours to submit my payment through Western Union.
Do not respond to emails from [email protected].
