I orderd 3 handbags on november 25 2011 and was suspicious when the company insisted on getting a picture ID or a copy of my bank statement. I then said I wanted to cancel my order. My order was cancelled and then they charged my card and put a hold on my account. I contacted them on the following Monday once I learned my card was charged. I was told my money would be returned in 30 days. Even after several follow up attempts my money has not been returned.
