After winning a camera for £1.62 from free bids i received for signing up with a Police-auctions.org.uk [email protected] site.
Only with my Tesco Grocery payment being refused so it couldn't be delivered.. Believe me it was well embarressing :-? I started with my Ziinga investigating.
After looking back at emails received AFTER winning & paying for the stupid £1.62 camera it says underneath:

*Once the free days expire, normal rates will apply. The subscription cost is £ 59.99 per month. Please be assured that you may unsubscribe at any time before the free days end. You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service by email at [email protected]. Platinum membership is binding for the first 3 months. (NONE OF THIS WAS SAID BEFORE PAYING FOR THE CAMERA)

After liaising with Ziinga through emails I received as requested a Request for a refund form which said as followed
According to our Terms and Conditions, a cancellation fee of £ 28.00 shall be charged as penalty for breaking a 3 month binding contract for subscriptions.

Continuing with this verification process will fulfill the transaction for you.

I dont no if its me being stupid but I thought filling this form in id get £31.99 --- the £28 charge, I thought its better than a kick in the teeth. Only for them to take a further £28 then tell me its not in there terms of contract to refund!!!!! SOOO WHY HAVE A "REFUND REQUEST FORM"

And my last moan is, before my Ziinga account was cancelled I looked at the history and they had actually took another payment of £59.99 in December which I was oblivious. Mad things is, is they wont send out a stupid £1.62 camera till they've seen the equivalent of giving them the rights of bankrupting you documentation yet they can take payments off Random peoples cards (Which they could be)

I can not believe how many people they are scamming and getting away with it. :(
