Charge appeared on my Verizon phone bill. When I called the 1-800-433-4518 number provided I told the woman I never ordered this service. She said I must have - looked like it was done online. I said I didn't and to remove the charge. She gave me a confirmation number saying she would cancel and i would receive a refund. I told her it sounded like a scam and sure enough I found all these other complaints about them. Next call will be to Verizon.
