Computer was unable to operate. Each time I tried a pop up screen would inform me that my computer had a severe virus and I had to sign onto this sight to get ride of the virus and protect the computer from future viruses. I logged onto their site and paid for the service but still couldn't get on my computer. I thought the payment hadn't gone through and called to have computer fixed.
